Our story

My Plumber Expert has been fixing Staten Island's plumbing and heating since 2007. We're based here, we work here, and most of our business comes from neighbors referring neighbors — which only happens when the work holds up and the price matches what was quoted.

We're owner-operated. That's not a slogan; it changes how the work gets done. The person diagnosing your boiler or tracing your leak isn't following a sales script with a quota — they're the one whose name is on the job. So instead of guessing and swapping parts, we find the actual cause, explain it in plain language, and give you a clear price before anything starts.

Staten Island's housing stock keeps us honest, too. Between older homes with steam heat, post-war hydronic systems, and newer construction, no two basements are the same — and we've worked in all of them.
